Joe has over 3 decades of construction and construction staffing experience in the industry. He joined Aerial in 2014 as Director of Recruiting, accepted numerous other roles, and then transitioned to his current role. Joe’s responsibilities include recruiting, on-boarding, subcontracting, sourcing, and nurturing new employees. Business is always people and Joe finds the very best and continually works to upgrade our culture. Additionally, Joe is knowledgeable on productivity and quality assurance. He monitors both in his weekly visits to job sites.
