Todd Blaszak is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and a designated Design-Build Professional® by the Design-Build Institute of America. He has over 25-years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in mission-critical and hardened facilities for clients with special technical and physical security requirements. Throughout his career, he has served as an electrical engineer, project manager, project executive, and Chief Operating Officer for various companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has received certificates in numerous design-build training courses, including DBIA Boot Camp, Fundamentals of Project Delivery, Principles of Design-Build Project Delivery, Design-Build Contracts, and Risk Management. Additionally, he has also completed several FMI training courses: Negotiations/ Conflict, Delegation, Personal Productivity, Focus on Customer, Management, as well as various Project Management Professional, American Society for Healthcare Engineering, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, and other leadership courses. Todd joined the company in 2020 and is responsible for all work in the Mid-Atlantic region.
