Roland has been with Aerial Electric since “Day 1” when it started in 1985. As the Senior Field Operations Manager, Roland is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all of Aerial’s field projects across the United States. As a Master Electrician, he also serves as the company’s “Chief Electrician” performing quality assurance and code compliance. Roland is directly responsible for over 50% of Aerial job sites and visits each one weekly. He also assists Joe Luzzi with the balances of Aerial projects.
